DOCUMENT CHECKLIST

  1. Completed and signed original loan application (FNMA Form 1003);
  2. Check $330 ~ $645 for appraisal $300 ~ $600 and credit report $30 ~ $45 fees;
  3. Most recent one month's worth of pay stubs;
  4. Two years' W-2 Forms;
  5. Most recent 3 months bank statements for all bank accounts (including mutual funds, stocks, retirement plans, etc.) ALL PAGES;
  6. Copy of current leases for any rental property owned;
  7. Copy of Homeowners insurance policy and/or Name/Phone number of Agent;
  8. Home Owners Association/Condo Association/Management company Name and Phone;


  9. IF THIS IS A REFINANCE TRANSACTION:

  10. Copy of present mortgage(s) statement(s);
  11. Copy of recorded deed or deed of trust;
  12. Copy of owner's title insurance with schedules A and B if policy is less that 10 years old, you may receive a re-issue discount rate on lender's policy;
  13. Copy of Survey;
  14. Copy of Home Owner Insurance Policy with name and phone number of your agent;


  15. OR IF THIS IS A PURCHASE TRANSACTION:
  1. Copy of Ratified Sales Contract;
  2. Copy of Canceled Earnest Money Deposit Check Name and phone number of your Real Estate Agent;
